Foreigners that want to take work permit, temporary residence permit or certificate of residence should pass the exams regarding Russian language, Russian History and Russian Federation Law Legislation any longer and take a certificate that proves that you know these. In summary each foreigner should take this certificate (excepting those who come with business visa and those who have Highly Qualified Specialist (HQS) visas)
Documents which are needed for foreigners, that want to take work permit, temporary residence permit (RVP Razreshenoe na Vremannoe Projiıaniye) or continuous certificate of residence (Vid na Jitelstvo) in Russia, for passing the exams regarding Russian language, Russian History and Russian Federation Law Legislation and for taking the certificate which proves that they know these, are as following:
- Original passport and its notary certified translation
- Migration card and copy of Migration card
- Registry and copy of registry
Exam consists of 3 phases
1.phase contains RUSSIAN LANGUAGE and 5 main topics
- Writing
- Reading
- Grammer
- Listening Comprehension
- Speaking
2.Phase RUSSIAN HISTORY, consists of 10 test questions
3.Phase contains Russian Federation BASIC LAW LEGISLATION, consists of 10 test questions.
